Marks And Spencer Beauty Advent Calendar Christmas 2018

I was lucky enough to receive the M&S Beauty Advent Calendar and we're having a quick peek at some of my favourites from this calendar. Spoiler alert!! The full list of products in this calendar have been listed at the bottom of this post so do stop reading if you'd like to keep the content of your calendar a surprise.
So without further ado let's have a look at some of the pro products behinds the magical advent doors:
1. Kicking off with the Deep Sleep Pillow Spray. In the calendar you receive a generous sample size of this brilliant, sleep-inducing power spray. The spray works beautifully to help aid those who need that extra bit of help going to sleep at night. Simply spritz three sprays onto your pillow, the spray applicator ensures targeted application with limited mess. The spray is also great for those suffering from anxiety and just simply requiring a bit of relaxation. The scent is a bonus, it is both uplifting and calming thanks to key ingredients Patchouli and Lavender Oil (we all know Lavender to be particularly relaxing!. 2. Next up is the Pixi Rose Tonic, which I've been wanting to try for ages. We've all tried the Glow Tonic but have we met its sister tonic? I have combination/oily skin. The Rose Tonic is soothing and helps to balance the elements in the skin. I am unable to comment on the performance of this on drier skin conditions but this has worked so well to bring my skin into a sense of zen. The 100ml is reasonably priced at £10.00 and is available here. You can also pick up a 40ml of this for £5.00 if you'd prefer a small size here or if you really love it the 250ml version is £18.00 here.

3. A third favourite from this box is the Balance Me Wonder Eye Cream just in time as I needed a new one! The BM Wonder Eye Cream is 99% natural and for me this is a winner straightaway. With my skin now getting older I am a lot more conscious of the ingredients I put on my face than I ever was. The product delivers full hydration to the eye area, reduces fine lines. The formula is light and allows for fast absorption. You will feel tightening of loose skin around the eyes so you can definitely feel the anti ageing element of the product in play. You can pick up a 15ml for £20.00 here and this will last absolutely ages.

4. At number 4 we have the Philip Kingsley Pomegranate & Cassis Elasticizer, now me and the PK Elasticizer go way but but never had I tried the Pomegranate and Cassis flavour! So I was delighted to see a good size of this included in the calendar. This has been a famous hair pre shampoo product known to me for some years now and the fragrance on this one is just gorgeous. I recommend leaving this product on for as long as you can, pre shampoo stage, to really deliver truly glossy and soft locks post wash. This is available in two sizes, the 75ml version is £21.00 and the 150ml super size is £34.00.

5. Finally I was delighted to find a bottle of Leighton Denny High Performance nail color/varnish in my calendar. This is a rich dark glittery red called 'Be My Berry' and is super longer lasting, perfect for the party season. One bottle lasts ages and costs £12. At the time of writing the polishes are currently on sale for £9.60.

All in all this has been an amazing value for money and pays for itself several times over throughout the content of the calendar. The calendar has been a true joy to open with one great surprise after another. As the eager beaver I am I can't wait for what M&S have in store for us next year.
